Who we are

Runwell ("we", "us") sets up websites, WhatsApp assistants, AI receptionists and business automation for businesses in India. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 98217 66628.

What we collect

• Details you send us through our demo request form: your name, business name, phone number, email (optional), business type, city and any message you add.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To contact you about your free demo and answer your questions.
• To prepare a proposal or set up services you ask for.
• To keep our website secure and improve it.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Customer data in client setups

When we run automation for a client business, conversations with their customers are processed on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and the tools the client chooses. That data belongs to the client business, is used only to provide the service, and access is limited to the client's team and the people who maintain the setup.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our inbox through an email forwarding service (FormSubmit). We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to being contacted. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98217 66628 and we will act on your request promptly.
